Sur la place Jules Pagnier de Pontarlier trône la grande fontaine. Elle est constituée d'un bassin de forme ovales et au milieu une grande colonne surmontée d'une jarre avec deux anses en forme de cygne.

Pontarlier's Place Jules Pagnier is home to a large fountain. It consists of an oval-shaped basin and, in the middle, a large column topped by a jar with two swan-shaped handles.
