This is the Gazebo in Plaza Mayor of Lugo, next to City Town Hall.
"In 1887 the architect Nemesio Cobreros presented his project for the kiosk, choosing its location in the city's entertainment center: the main square. It was a sign of modernity and served to liven up the walk with music, designed for the Lugo Municipal Band founded in 1876. It consists of three bodies: the first is an octagonal granite base, with enough surface area on its marble platform to house the music band, with adequate height for good sound emission, taking advantage of the lower interior space for storage. The 2nd body of the kiosk is made up of a cast metal structure, with 8 columns joined at the top with iron arches that support a wooden framework braced with iron bars. The finishing body is made up of the original zinc roof, now replaced by copper, and the painted wood ceiling. The decorations of the crests, columns and balustrade were different from those that appeared in the project, adjusting to the factory models to reduce costs. In 1986 the kiosk was rehabilitated following the project of Santiago Catalán Tobía."
