Old Abercorn Cemetery est situé sur la rue des Églises Est à Abercorn, Québec. Il s'agit d'un des trois cimetières du village, situé le plus près de son centre. Les deux autres (cimetière catholique Saint-Simon et le cimetière protestant Pleasant Valley Cemetery) se trouvent plus à l'extérieur du village.

Comme le suggère le nom, Old Abercorn Cemetery est également le plus vieux cimetière de la region, le Canton de Sutton (l'Estrie). En effet, les premier pionniers, des Loyalistes venant des États-Unis vers la fin du 18e siècle s'établissent ici.

Ce cimetière a été créé vers 1809. Même s'il s'agit d'un cimetière très ancien, il est très bien entretenu. La majorité des monuments sont en bon état.

Old Abercorn Cemetery is located on des Églises East Street in Abercorn, Quebec. It is one of the three cemeteries in the village, located closest to its center. The other two (Saint-Simon Catholic Cemetery and the Protestant Pleasant Valley Cemetery) are located further outside the village.

As the name suggests, Old Abercorn Cemetery is also the oldest cemetery in the region, the Township of Sutton (Estrie). Indeed, the first pioneers, Loyalists coming from the United States towards the end of the 18th century, established themselves here.

This cemetery was established around 1809. Even though it is a very old cemetery, it is very well maintained. The majority of monuments are in good condition.
