Man steckt den Kopf in das Loch. holt so tief wie möglich Luft. Summt in so tiefem Ton. als man eben kann: Solange. bis keine Luft mehr in der Lunge ist.
Mehrmals wiederholen.
Jeder Mensch hat eine nur ihm allein eigene Organvibration. den sogen.
TREMOR. Das Summen regt den Tremor an und erzeugt so eine "In-Ton - Setzung" des Gesamtorganismus.
Ein ganz erstaunliches Gefühl.
