The fully wooden bench may have been lacquered in the past, but it looks just weathered now. It has 14 thin wooden slats for the backrest, and six slats for the seat, with shaped wooden armrests. It is set on a stone base. The brushed metal plaque is fixed to the top cross timber with four flat-head screws. It reads:
