The Windmill is multi-vaned, with x18 shaped zinc-coated metal vanes held in place on two concentric rusted metal rings. The metal tail has 'COMET' on it. There is just a small gear box above the swivel and pump rod, but it seemed quite operational. It is fairly central to the Orange Botanic Gardens.
