The Stables are a large timber building approximately 14.5m by 46m built for Cobb and Company in c1868. The building has a red gum timber frame, clad with timber weather boards. The central section of the roof is vaulted with skillion sections at each side and a clerestory between the two roof levels. Entry was from Raymond St and the stable yards were at the rear.
