There are two fishing piers at Row Lake - one that crosses the lake (so it is also a bridge, with a covered fishing pier at the center) and one in the southwest corner that is strictly a fishing pier. The piers were provided by the Arkansas Fish and Game Commission, and fishing is allowed here (with some limitations). On the web link below (which is the Arkansas Fish and Game commission) the name is spalled "Rowe" but on the sign at the lake it is "Row."
