"Aguadulce es municipio y pueblo entre Osuna y Estepa, la Campiña y la Sierra Sur de Sevilla, que sabe a fruta y hortalizas, pan y harina de molinos antiguos, aceite y almendra de tierras de secano y caliza.
En una comarca bañada por las aguas saladas del Río Blanco, la presencia de manantiales y corrientes de agua dulce y abundante como las del arroyo Grande o de La Ribera, hicieron de la localidad un auténtico vergel como paisaje, casi borrado ya, de huertas con casillas, acequias y molinos. Ribera, huerta y hortelanos de Aguadulce constituyen el eje de los contenidos del Centro de Interpretación de las Huertas, un equipamiento municipal que apuesta por el holeriturimo como motor de desarrollo".
