"El pleno del Ayuntamiento de 10 de abril de 1951 aprueba el sello actual en el que aparecen elementos heráldicos. Su puesto en vigor será el 26 de junio del mismo año. Aparte del castillo, existente ya en el de 1823, los nuevos elementos que aparecen son la Virgen del Rosario, los sauces, una fuente y circundado el conjunto un Rosario. Con esto se hace alusión directa al patronazgo y nombre de la villa del Rosario, así como a su antiguo nombre del Saucedo y a la abundancia de aguas existentes en su término". Escudo cuartelado. Primero, de sinople, la Virgen del Rosario de plata. Segundo, de gules castillo de oro mazonado de sable y aclarado de azur. Tercero, de azur, la fuente de plata con taza y pilar octogonal. Cuarto, de oro, dos sauces de sinople, arrancados y puestos en situación de faja. La bordura de plata, cargada con un rosario de sable, campaña de oro, cargada de tres jirones de gules puestos en la punta de la misma. Al timbre corona real cerrada.
Quartered shield. First, in silver, the Virgin of the Rosary. Second, gules castle of gold hammered with sable and lightened with azure. Third, in azure, the silver fountain with cup and octagonal pillar. Fourth, of gold, two willows of sinople, uprooted and placed in a sash position. The silver border, loaded with a saber rosary, golden campaign, loaded with three shreds of gules placed at the tip of it. At the buzzer, royal crown closed.
