These Boots are a joint fundraising project of the Cheyenne Depot Museum Foundation and the Downtown Development Authority, and was produced by local artists. Several of these eight-foot-tall cowboy boots were placed in and around downtown Cheyenne.

The Walmart Distribution Center boot located west of Cheyenne is a little plain compared to the other “Big Boots” in town. Its white with a perforated toe. It says “Grocery’s New Frontier” with a cowboy with furry chaps tossing a rope. There is a Buffalo on the front and a bucking bronco on the back.
