"The Escrivà palace, located in Plaza San Luis Bertrán number 1 in the city of Valencia (Spain) is a residential building built in the 15th century in the Valencian Gothic style that was renovated in the 18th century.

The current appearance of the Palace reveals the reform that it must have undergone in the 18th century, since previously, and until the beginning of the 17th century, it had battlements and mullioned Gothic windows that have been revealed by the respectful repristination.

The façade is of Gothic style and ashlar stone, highlighting the large tympanum with the 18th-century shield of the Verdes-Montenegro, bordered by Rococo lambrequins, and which a large molded alfiz elegantly frames.

The exterior of the façade, made of stone in the plinth and covered with mortar plaster in the rest, opens up windows to the semi-basement and mezzanine, closed by bars, and balconies on the main floor and upper floor. The cantilevered projection of the wooden eaves, supported on beams, contributes to enhancing the noble appearance of this palace."
