"In 2014, the Building Love Bridging Hearts campaign was launched, with a goal of raising $3.5 million to build a new Ronald McDonald House next to the Women & Children’s Hospital campus. In less than two years, the campaign goal was reached, and construction on a new House began in 2015. On November 1, 2016, RMHC of Southern West Virginia moved into their new, 14 guest room, 20,000 square foot home, located just steps from CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital."-Charleston RMHC.
