This pair of side by side utility boxes are located in the south corner of Davis Park at the intersection of Capitol and Lee Streets at 301 Capitol St, Charleston, WV 25301. The work is named
Garden Box and was painted by Blake Wheeler in 2019. Kanawha Garden Club commissioned the project to enhance the natural beauty of the space. The pattern is repeated on all sides and has meadow grass at the base with dark green leaves and white roses spaced throughout.
