There's a scene in the movie,
Don't Worry Darling, from 2022 that shows the current Palm Springs Visitor Center in the background. This iconic building was erected in 1965 with Googie-style architecture and designed by Albert Frey and Robson Chambers. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
The top photo below shows a scene where a bus drops off some ladies in front of the tourist center. The main character, Alice, played by actress Florence Pugh, remains sitting in the bus as the bus leaves the bus stop. (You can see the back of her head in the bus in one of the movie still photos I uploaded to the photo gallery).
The bottom photo is a panoramic shot I captured during a vacation to Palm Springs in March of 2021. I also waymarked a few other points of interest around the building.

Visit Instructions:New logs for waymarks must include a photo of the location. The photo should try and match, to the extent possible, the original present-day photo posted for the waymark.
