The Lower Macungie Township Historical Society is located in the Bartholomew Center for the Preservation of Lower Macungie Township History, located in a converted barn in the western part of Camp Olympic Park.
Visitors can learn Lower Macungie Township history and Pennsylvania German culture while touring our museum, for which admission is free.
The museum traces local history back to the time of the Lenni Lenape tribe, colonial settlers, a look at the dawn of the industrial age, and up to the present day. Many displays of historical clothing and fame implement can be observed.
The museum opened in 2017.
