Finding the name Richard in this city is hard. No where within the city's 588 sq miles is a street name with the name Richard. There are about 30 Ricardo's, but no Richard. I finally found a shop with named Richard's. It's a high end shop for men and women's clothes, located on the posh Oscar Freire Rd.
