EN: "single-family house built in the second half of the 18th century, according to a cartouche inscription on the side pilaster, in the late Baroque style, is the house of greatest architectural interest in the historic center. It has a quadrangular plot and an inverted L-shaped plan, creating a small open courtyard at the front, enclosed by a high wall, with only one façade facing the street, corresponding to a narrow plot, the rest being hidden by the courtyard wall. The façades are plastered and painted, with two floors separated by a frieze, with two overlapping openings in the main one, with a depressed lintel, ending in a cornice with the same profile, creating side pendants and having a clasp decorated with shell and phytomorphic elements. The courtyard wall, made of stonework, is made more dynamic by the convex plan of the portal and the balustrade that tops it, contrasting with the structure of the pediment, which is more rigid even though the decorative grammar of both is similar, but richer in the portal. Contrary to custom, the decoration on the doorways is greater on the first floor than on the upper floor.
