At one of the traffic roundabouts exiting the municipality they have placed giant letters with the name of the town and also, interacting with them, the figure of a sailor pulling a rope.

The sculpture is made of bronze and the letters are made of marble.

It is not unusual to see this sculpture of a sailor since the main economy of the municipality is fishing, since it is a fishing village.
