Mother is a fountain in the form of a bronze female head. The water springs from the woman's mouth.
The sculpture measures 10 x 5 x 4 m and weighs 10 tonnes.
The artist who created the fountain is Charlotte Gyllenhammar.
The area is under development and in contrast to the many architectural forms on the new buildings, Charlotte Gyllenhammar has created an organic form.
The fountain is located in the roundabout between Hyllie Boulevard and Hyllie Vattenparksgata. And it is certainly a surprising fountain you notice.
