"Construida entre 1767-1771, y restaurada después de la guerra civil.
Los orígenes más antiguos del templo se remontan al siglo XIV con la construcción de la ermita dedicada a la veneración del icono de la Virgen de Montolivet. El edificio actual es el santuario edificado en el siglo XVIII.
El templo presenta dos campanarios gemelos cuadrangulares sobresaliendo de la sencilla fachada a dos aguas. Sólo el campanario izquierdo tiene campanas.
El templo tiene la condición de Bien de Relevancia Local según la Disposición Adicional Quinta de la Ley 5/2007, de 9 de febrero, de la Generalitat, de modificación de la Ley 4/1998, de 11 de junio, del Patrimonio Cultural Valenciano (DOCV Núm. 5.449 / 13.02.2007). En consecuencia las intervenciones en las campanas deben ser comunicadas a la Dirección General de Cultura adjuntando el proyecto previamente al inicio de los trabajos.
Las tres campanas están en el campanario izquierdo, que protege la sala de las campanas de la entrada de palomas mediante una reja que se puede quitar para el toque manual pero que no impide que las palomas ensucien las campanas, que quedan a la intemperie.
El campanario izquierdo contiene tres campanas, de tres siglos distintos (XVIII, XIX y XX) pero todas anteriores a la guerra civil. Es de especial interés la campana menor por su antigüedad.
Toques actuales de campanas: Se repica manualmente para avisar a las misas la campana grande, mientras que para las fiestas (como las de la Virgen de Montolivet, a principios de octubre) se voltean manualmente por un grupo de jóvenes vinculados a la parroquia.

The oldest origins of the temple date back to the 14th century with the construction of the hermitage dedicated to the veneration of the icon of the Virgin of Montolivet. The current building is the sanctuary built in the 18th century.
The temple has two quadrangular twin bell towers protruding from the simple gabled façade. Only the left bell tower has bells.
The temple has the status of Asset of Local Relevance according to the Fifth Additional Provision of Law 5/2007, of February 9, of the Generalitat, modifying Law 4/1998, of June 11, of the Valencian Cultural Heritage ( DOCV No. 5,449 / 02/13/2007). Consequently, interventions on the bells must be communicated to the General Directorate of Culture, attaching the project prior to the start of the work.
The three bells are in the left bell tower, which protects the bell room from the entry of pigeons by means of a grille that can be removed for manual ringing but which does not prevent the pigeons from dirtying the bells, which are left outdoors.
The left bell tower contains three bells, from three different centuries (18th, 19th and 20th) but all before the civil war. The minor bell is of special interest due to its age.
Current bell ringing: The large bell is rung manually to notify masses, while for festivals (such as those of the Virgin of Montolivet, at the beginning of October) they are manually rung by a group of young people linked to the parish.
