The 20 litre metal drum has had several attachments to shape it into the painted cow shape. It has a mottle-painted foot locker in front of it for bigger postal deliveries. There is a slot in the top of the left side for letters, and a flap to lift up below it lift up to retrieve the mail. While the back legs are intact, the front wooden legs appear to have been broken when the footlocker has been opened.
