Pleasant Valley Cemetery is about a mile south of Hackney, just west of Highway 77 on the north side of 232 Road. There are about six hundred and twenty five burials here. The large grave marker in the center of the cemetery, with the sculpture of a seated woman, is for a Civil War veteran.
