En la base de la torre del edificio se encuentra incrustado en una ventana de arco el reloj. Es de esfera redonda, de color blanco en contraste con el negro de los números romanos y las manecillas. La maquinaria del reloj se muestra al público que visite la torre.

At the base of the building's tower, the clock is embedded in an arched window. It has a round dial, white in contrast to the black of the Roman numerals and hands. The clock machinery is shown to the public visiting the tower.
