This Pennsylvania Department of Highways (P.D.H.) Elevation Disk is located on a concrete bridge over a small creek on South Main Street in Milroy, Pennsylvania. The disk is embedded horizontally into the southwest abutment of the bridge. The disk is marked, "P.D.H. Elev." There are no other markings and no year stamped on the disk. There is a keystone-shaped plaque on the vertical wall of the bridge just below the disk.
