It is an industrial building, the work of the architect Pere Caselles on the site of the old Aixemús house, from the beginning of the 18th century, which was in a dilapidated state and had to be demolished to build a factory there of caps by order of the industrialist J. Rius Gatell.

The building served the functions of housing and industry, with wide and well-ventilated rooms. It is a building between partitions, with a ground floor, one floor and an interior courtyard in the middle. The arrangement of the openings on the facade give it a symmetrical composition. There is a stone plinth at the bottom. It presents a set of arcades of great height between pilasters. Access is through the central opening, with a gable arch, with a small cornice and ornament that forms the impost. The openings on the right and left have on the ground floor a door with a strip. On the floor there are some balcony openings with an iron railing. Both the door and the balconies are sunken between the pillars forming a loop-panel vault adorned by two buttons of artificial stone. The building is finished by a blind railing interspersed with small pilasters. The openings that lead to the inner courtyard are lintels. The entire facade is under construction.

Today, the restored building is a Vermouth Museum that incorporates a bar and a restaurant."

Es un edificio industrial, obra del arquitecto Pere Caselles en el solar de la antigua casa Aixemús, de principios del siglo xviii, cuyo estado era ruinoso y tuvo que derribarse para construir una fábrica de gorras por encargo del industrial J. Rius Gatell.

El edificio hacía las funciones de vivienda y de industria, con amplias salas y bien ventiladas. Es un edificio entre medianeras, de planta baja, un piso y un patio interior en medio. La disposición de las aberturas en la fachada le dan una composición simétrica. Hay un zócalo de piedra en la parte baja. Presenta un conjunto de arcadas de gran altura entre pilastras. El acceso es por la apertura central, de arco carpanel, con una pequeña cornisa y adorno que forma la imposta. Las aberturas de derecha e izquierda tienen en la planta baja una puerta con tarjeta. En el piso hay unas aberturas balconeras de dintel con barandilla de hierro. Tanto la puerta como los balcones quedan hundidos entre los pilares formando una bóveda de asa-panel adornada por dos botones de piedra artificial. Remata el edificio una barandilla ciega con intercalación de pequeñas pilastras. Las aberturas que dan al patio interior son de dintel. Toda la fachada está en obra vista.

Hoy, el edificio restaurado es un Museo del Vermut que incorpora un bar y un restaurante."

C'est un bâtiment entre cloisons, avec un rez-de-chaussée, un étage et une cour intérieure au milieu. La disposition des ouvertures sur la façade lui confère une composition symétrique. Il y a un socle en pierre au fond. Elle présente un ensemble d'arcades de grande hauteur entre pilastres. L'accès se fait par l'ouverture centrale, avec un arc à pignon, avec une petite corniche et un ornement qui forme l'impôt. Les ouvertures à droite et à gauche comportent au rez-de-chaussée une porte à bandeau. A l'étage il y a quelques ouvertures de balcon avec une balustrade en fer. La porte et les balcons sont enfoncés entre les piliers formant une voûte en boucle ornée de deux boutons de pierre artificielle. Le bâtiment est terminé par un garde-corps aveugle entrecoupé de petits pilastres. Les ouvertures qui donnent sur la cour intérieure sont des linteaux. Toute la façade est en construction.

Aujourd'hui, le bâtiment restauré est un musée du vermouth qui comprend un bar et un restaurant."
