Inside the Monastery there are several works of art; Of these, the Gothic altarpiece from the 15th century of Santa Ana with Mary and the Child deserves special mention. A Byzantine icon from the 16th century of the Virgin Hodigitria, as well as the Count's prie-dieu, among others.

Inside the Monastery, it is worth noting the collection of paintings by the Neapolitan painter Paolo de Mattei donated by the Count of Cocentaina D. Francisco de Benavides in 1697. Another Italian artist, Antonio Aliprandi, is the author of the decoration of the Main Chapel, scenographic work of decorative baroque style that he carried out between 1704 and 1705.

It is also worth noting the 17th century tiled plinth, the pulpit, the sacristy door, two paintings from the dressing room and a marble tombstone with a bronze inscription at the foot of the altar, as well as a stucco coat of arms of the Counts of Cocentaina. polychrome located on the arch of the presbytery; The shield is accompanied by two allegorical figures and cherubs, painted on the same arch.
