Loxton House which was built in 1847 as a shop for Thomas Kerr. The two storey coursed sandstone Georgian building has ag hipped iron roof behind a plain pediment,the two storey verandah with cast iron friezed columns and balustrade at upper level and Doric columns at lower level.
