"This park is located in the Civic Center Complex and has been built to honor all those, present and past, who have served in the military. Flags of all branches of the service are included in the memorial. Pedestals with plaques mention conflicts past to present." ~ City of Lake St. Louis


This memorial is a set of gradually larger circles around a huge star, which is border by bricks. The first circle is donated bricks, the next circle is a sidewalk with a pillars monument of each conflict, the next circle is dedicated benches and the outer circle is dedicated trees.
