This is a large regional shopping centre of some 200 stores, about 60km SW of Sydney CBD (about ~300km from my home). It has plenty of variety in the shopping available, including a Cinema.
From the signposted Trading Hours for the Mall being roughly 9am to 6pm with later Thursday night trading till 9pm, I would think that that would be the hours that this WiFi Hotspot would be available. While there was some comfortable seating sparsely spread, any suitable power points were sparser! You do need to enter: First and Last Name, Email, and your Postcode to register for the FREE Wi-Fi.
