This U.S. Benchmark is near the southeast corner of Bullfoot Park. There is a place to pull off Highway 81 right by the mark, which is just north of a gate in a pipe fence. This mark is apparently not used by the local surveyors; I had to dig it out of the mud and the local ants had made a home of it. There is a witness post right by the mark.
