The tall rectangular utility box outside St Paul's Anglican Church is backed by a thin hedge, and fronts Waterworks Road with a concrete footpath in between it and the traffic lights that it controls. The top quarter of the box is plain grey with a small 'fin' on the top surface. The bottom three quarters is mostly light blue with a faceless person on the sides and road-front. The ones on the sides have a cross for the 'features of the face', while the front one has a question mark while appearing to wear a blue and white checkered shirt reminiscent of Police scene tape. The back is plain grey.
