The mural is by Glastonbury based artist Frank Harwood (visit link) , known for his comic style using bold lines, repeated patterns, flat space and vibrant colours. He works mainly in acrylic on canvas but also likes to experiment in 3D and is known to paint the occasional large scale mural.

"The Glastonbury Mural Trail was conceived to keep Glastonbury colourful. The initiative has brought together a community of artists, intent on beautifying the town, united with local businesses and volunteers who support them. It is free and open to all, residents and visitors, of any age. The Mural Trail champions accessible art and celebrates the town's creative nature.
