"La ermita de Cristo del Calvario, está situada a los pies del castillo de Carrícola, presidiendo la parte alta del pueblo. La subida al calvario, sombreada por cipreses, viene conformada por el conjunto de catorce casetas o capillas que representan la pasión con baldosas valencianos. La ermita es una construcción pequeña con una estructura sencilla hecha de masonería y cubierta con tejado a dos vertientes de tejas árabe. El interior abre una hornacina donde se sitúa la imagen de Cristo del Calvario, una escultura de madera policromada, posiblemente del siglo XIX, que representa a Jesucristo crucificado."
