This memorial represents the community of New Liskeard and pays tribute to the local heroes lost in the World Wars. It is a four sided limestone plinth-like monument on a raised platform centered between two armored tank firing barrels.

This monument can be found in Veteran's Park on Whitewood Avenue in the downtown core, next to the New Liskeard Library. It is used annually during the Remembrance Day parade.
