IS A CYLINDRICAL BODY, CONICAL SHAPED TOP, HEMISPHERICAL BOTTOM. IT HAS 4 TRUSS-WORK LEGS, SILVER IN COLOR AND 37 METERS IN
HEIGHT. TURRELL IS PAINTED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE AND
IS OWNED BY THE CITY OF TURRELL."
