The McKnight Center for the Performing Arts opened in October 2019 on the edge of Oklahoma State’s campus. You can tell that the space was designed with an intentionality towards creating an open, inviting, world-class theater that will encourage people of all ages to enjoy the performing arts.
Seating capacity is 1048 and there is also an outdoor lawn with a 32 foot LED screen. Indoor performances are broadcast on the screen and spaces on the lawn are first come first serve. Other outdoor performances are also do one the outdoor lawn area.
The Mcknight center is also home to the OSU Greenwood School of Music where students and faculty can perform in the state-of-the-art concert hall. .
