deze mooie Zonnebloem ( ook wel genoemd "De Vuilnisroos') staat hier natuurlijk niet zo maar aan de tekst op de voet van dit monument kan je zien wie de maker hiervan is en ook wat hij hier heeft gedaan, de twee enorme "zonnebloemen" zijn gemaakt van verschillende onderdelen van de machines die op de vuilstort werden gebruikt. Het wijkpark Molenvliet is aangelegd bovenop een vuilstort.

this beautiful Sunflower (also called "The Garbage Rose") is of course not just here, but you can see from the text on the foot of this monument who made this and also what he did here, the two huge "sunflowers" are made from various parts of the machines that were used at the landfill.The neighborhood park Molenvliet was built on top of a landfill.
