It is marked with a plaque as "Public Well No. 7". The pump is still functional, although it is not suitable for drinking or other domestic purposes, as indicated by the plaque on it. It stands on a stone, circular pedestal with a shallow indentation for collecting water. Notably, the spout has decorative elements; the curved pipe ends with a sculpted fish head shape.
