The two-storey brick building has a tubular metal fence at the front of the property. They appear to be carved from alabaster or striated marble. Depending on the direction the lion's head is facing is the opposite side if the door that the lion is placed. [I.e., looking to the right on the left-hand side of the wooden door.]The lion's front paws are placed on a 45cm diameter carved ball.
