Puerta de madera de doble hoja con una apertura menor para facilitar su uso, esta revestida de un contrachapado de hierro con pintura gris y sujetado a la puerta con unos grandes remaches. Una de las hojas dispone de una ventanita pequeña para poder visualizar tanto al interior como al exterior.

"Fue edificada en 1935 sobre el antiguo edificio de finales del siglo XVIII.
La fachada destaca por su estilo neogótico, con puerta y ventana de medio punto alineada y coronada por un campanario. La puerta es de doblee apertura, de madera reforzada por dentro y enchapada, para ser mas segura y reforzada.
El interior acoge la imagen del copatrón de la localidad, El Cristo de la Buena Muerte.
Es una bella imagen escultórica en madera del año 1941 y que tiene su fiesta al mes de septiembre, con su espectacular y singular procesión donde participan los tiradores de cohetes. esta situada en C. de la Ermita, 3A, 46839 Bellús, Valencia.
