The Vladimír Hlavác Apartment House is an apartment building on the corner of Strossmayer Square No. 965/10 and Janovského Street in Prague 7. The building, designed by architect Richard Klenka, is one of the most representative residential buildings in Holešovice.

The builder of the building was the Prague builder Vladimír Hlavác, who commissioned the design of the building from the architect Richard Klenka. Hlavác's company subsequently carried out the construction work and the building was built between 1906 and 1910.

The five-storey house bears strong elements of the Neo-Renaissance style. The ground floor houses the shop premises, while the upper floors were used for living quarters, including the Hlavác family's apartment. The building is dominated by a decorative tower with a tented roof in the northern part of the building facing the square. The façade and cornices are decorated with stucco motifs.
