The Energi Fitness Park in the Boathouse District offers five stations, with illustrated instruction signs to help visitors know how to use the equipment. You can scan the QR code and watch informative videos.
A Welcome sign advises visitors to read the instructional signs prior to use, and gives a quick overview of Energi's three levels (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced). Suggested # sets, maximum rest period between exercises, and total time to complete the 5 station program are given for each level.
Access to the Energi mobile trainer information is given on the sign, which also includes some testimonial videos.
A large shade tree is at the center of the fitness park, a welcome addition during the hot summer months! A picnic table is available on site as well.
