"The origin of the Sielhof goes back to the year 1755, when a two-storey stone building was erected here by Siebelt Frerichs Eymen. Around 1825 it came into the possession of the Eucken family and was rebuilt by Georg von Eucken-Addenhausen, a descendant of the original purchaser, in 1899-1906 in the style that is still in use today into a noble residence with the surrounding park landscape. In 1967 a renovation took place.
In 1989, the local community of Neuharlingersiel acquired the house and since then has used some parts for spa and holiday guests, while the gastronomy area is leased."
