John Charles "Charlie" Dupree was but forty-two years of age at the time of his death. His Woodman of the World grave marker is styled as a vertical tree stump with cut branches, on a base of four cut logs that are adorned with leaves and ivy. His spouse, Moselle Dupree, is interred beside him at a Modern Woodmen of America marker; she died a few years before him, at age twenty-six. They had two children. The inscription is:
