[FIN] Vuonna 1782 valmistuneen Yläneen Pyhän Olavin kirkon on rakentanut Mikael Piimänen. Norjalaisen pyhimyksen mukaan nimetty Yläneen kirkko on kivijalkainen puukirkko. Kirkko sijaitse vuonna 1663 rakennetun edeltäjänsä paikalla. Kirkkoa on korjattu useaan kertaan, kirkon viimeisin saneeraus valmistui vuonna 1996. Tällöin kiinnitettiin huomiota valaistukseen ja väritykseen sekä turvallisuustekijöihin.


[EN] Completed in 1782, St. Olav's Church in Yläne was built by Mikael Piimänen. Yläne church, named after a Norwegian saint, is a wooden church with stone legs. The church is located on the site of its predecessor built in 1663. The church has been repaired several times, the most recent renovation of the church was completed in 1996. At that time, attention was paid to lighting and coloring as well as safety factors.
