The round watchs (one of each side of the tower) has a white background, has all the numerals present in black. They are Roman numerals and the 4 (IIII) according to watchmaking standards. There are five nails in each trapeze separates
They are printed with the word SILVER that are artesans in clocks from Mexico.

This building has architecture dating from 1891, and It was the old municipal palace that was remodeled in 1980 to become the San José del Cabo City Hall.
