Freundschaftsbrunnen Braunsbach/Deutschland u. Vouille/Frankreich

Braunsbach unterhält seit 1987 eine Städtepartnerschaft mit dem Dorf Vouille in Frankreich. Vouille ist ist ein Ort ähnlicher Größe und liegt in der Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine und hatte 2020 etwa 3670 Einwohner.

Als am 29.05.2016 Braunsbach von einer Sturzflut heimgesucht wurde, wurde der Brunnen komplett zerstört und anschließend neu aufgebaut. Er zeigt ein kleines Schwein und eine Marktfrau mit Korb, sowie ein MÜhlrad.
Auf der Rückseite ist der Brunnenname in deutsch und französisch eingraviert sowie der Name der Partnerstadt: "

Friendship Fountain Braunsbach/Germany and Vouille/France

Braunsbach has been twinned with the village of Vouille in France since 1987. Vouille is a village of similar size and is located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and had about 3670 inhabitants in 2020.

When a flash flood hit Braunsbach on 29 May 2016, the fountain was completely destroyed and then rebuilt. It shows a small pig and a market woman with a basket, as well as a mill wheel.
The name of the fountain is engraved on the back in German and French, as well as the name of the twin town: "
