De vrijstaande schoorsteen, bijna 21 m hoog gebouwd in 1871 deze rust op een vierkante sokkel, die ondergronds met het ketelhuis is verbonden. Helaas werd eind jaren veertig de schoorsteen bijna 6 meter verlaagd wegens bouwvalligheid.

The free-standing chimney, nearly 21 m high built in 1871 this rests on a square plinth, which is connected underground to the boiler house. Unfortunately, in the late 1940s, the chimney was lowered almost 6 metres due to building decay.
