Onze mooie compacte, maar uitdagende baan ligt in Nieuwveen (gemeente Nieuwkoop tussen Utrecht, Leiden en Amsterdam) in het centrum van het Groene Hart, dicht bij Alphen aan den Rijn. Vanuit de hele Randstad zijn wij gemakkelijk en snel te bereiken (bekijk kaart).
365 DAGEN PER JAAR GOLFEN!
Spelen bij ons betekent kiezen uit onze 18 holes semi-links en ‘all weather’ Torenbaan en onze 9 holes Bovenlandenbaan, een leuke par 3 en par 4 baan waar ook qualifying gespeeld kan worden. Kenmerkend voor onze Torenbaan zijn de verrassende doglegs, de strategisch aangelegde bunkers en de altijd aanwezige wind. Door de uitstekende drainage zijn beide banen ook in natte periodes vaak goed bespeelbaar. Tevens streven wij ernaar om in de winter zoveel mogelijk op zomergreens te spelen. Ons motto luidt dan ook ‘365 dagen golfen per jaar’.
INLAND LINKS COURSE
De bekende golfbaanarchitect Alan Rijks heeft onze beide banen met een inland-links course karakter ontworpen. Het golfcomplex is gelegen in een echte Hollandse polder maar heeft veel kenmerkende eigenschappen van een links course ofwel duinbaan. Centraal in het golfcomplex staat ons markante clubhuis.
De 18 holes par 72 Torenbaan is uitdagend en is zowel voor hoge als lage handicappers leuk om te spelen.
Iedere hole biedt een andere uitdaging: geen pinpositie is hetzelfde, greens gedragen zich wisselend, de wind komt telkens weer uit een andere hoek. Bunkers en waterpartijen wisselen elkaar af. Niet alleen om het spel uitdagend te maken en de golfer scherp te houden, maar ook om de baan in conditie te houden. De waterpartijen hebben nl. een dubbele functie, ze zijn aangelegd om het spel interessant te maken en zorgen voor een goede ontwatering van de fairways. Voor uw eerste rondje op de baan is het zeker een aanrader om het baanboekje te raadplegen of onze app te gebruiken.
De Bovenlandenbaan is een spannende 9 holes baan met 5 par 3 holes en 4 par 4 holes waarvan de langste hole 334 meter is. Je kunt momenteel alleen 9-holes boeken, een tweede e.o. derde ronde is alleen mogelijk wanneer er nog plaats beschikbaar is. Voor meer geoefende spelers biedt de Bovenlandenbaan een uitstekende mogelijkheid het korte spel eens extra te oefenen. Wij dagen spelers met een NGF-handicap uit om ook op de Bovenlandenbaan eens een qualifying kaart te lopen!
Voor de Torenbaan is minimaal handicap 54 verplicht.
Voor de Bovenlandenbaan volstaat een baanpermissie, afgegeven door een bij de NGF aangesloten golfprofessional.

The well-known golf course architect Alan Rijks designed both our inland links courses. The golf complex is located in a genuine Dutch polder but has many of the characteristics of a links course or dune course. Central to the golf complex is our striking clubhouse.
The 18-hole par 72 Tower course is challenging and fun to play for both high and low handicappers.
Every hole offers a different challenge: no pin position is the same, greens behave differently, the wind always comes from a different angle. Bunkers and water hazards alternate. Not only to make the game challenging and keep the golfer sharp, but also to keep the course in shape. Indeed, the water hazards have a dual function: they are designed to make the game interesting and ensure good drainage of the fairways. For your first round on the course, we highly recommend consulting the course booklet or using our app.
The Overland Course is an exciting 9-hole course with 5 par 3 holes and 4 par 4 holes of which the longest hole is 334 metres. You can currently only book 9-holes, a second e.o. third round is only possible if there is still space available. For more experienced players, the Bovenlanden course offers an excellent opportunity to practice the short game. We challenge players with an NGF handicap to play a qualifying card on the Bovenlanden course!
At least handicap 54 is required for the Tower Course.
For the Bovenlanden course, a course permit issued by a golf professional affiliated with the NGF is sufficient.
